Medicine 3.0 embodies a paradigm shift from reactive, disease-centered care toward proactive, personalized, and longevity-focused health strategies. At its core is personalized medicine, leveraging genomics, multi-omics, digital health platforms, and AI-driven analytics to tailor prevention and treatment to individual biological profiles. Within the realm of aging, geroscience, which connects the biology of aging to chronic disease, provides the conceptual framework to delay, attenuate, or even reverse the molecular hallmarks of aging. In this presentation, I will highlight emerging geroscience technologies, including single-cell multi-omics, senescence profiling, wearable health monitoring, organoid and 3D microphysiological system modeling, and in vivo cellular reprogramming, which together offer unprecedented capabilities to dissect age-related decline and design targeted interventions. Parallel advances in regenerative medicine, such as stem cell engineering, biofunctional materials, 4D tissue bioprinting, and nextgeneration gene-editing, are restoring tissue and organ function compromised by aging or age-associated diseases. Together, these innovations define Medicine 3.0 as a holistic and integrative practice, aiming not only to extend lifespan but also to enhance healthspan, delaying frailty, preserving independence, and improving quality of life in aging populations. By converging personalized precision tools with geroscience-driven interventions and regenerative platforms, Medicine 3.0 sets the stage for a nextgeneration healthcare ecosystem built on resilience, prevention, and longevity.
